Hey!! I have facing issue regarding my order I have have placed order from skinkraft on 7 may 2025 of my customized kit and it should be delivered on 12 may 2025 but in the order status it is showing that order has been delivered but I have not received yet I have contacted on the website from all the given sources but I have not been responded so plzz go through my problem here is some details about my order

Order not received...

Skinkraft — No refund no product delivery
Such a worst service I have ever seen, they are not even responding properly I didn’t got my refund and not even delivering my products they are just playing with the customers and the toll free number they provided is just fraud if you call to that their will be no response for product complaints and call will get hanged up.
It’s been 2 months they are still not solved my problem.
I have subscribed for 5 months plan. Only one months products I have received on November 2022.

Skinkraft Delivered 2 women products and 1 men product which I can’t use it and they didn’t delivered my products since 2 months, 1 took subscription of 5 months my total money wasted, I am asking them to contact me but no response at all

I'd like to raise a complaint regarding my recent order. Following are my concerns

1) received incompatible cleanser for my skin type. I have oily skin but I received cleanser for dry skin. I already have acne problems.
2) Missing products - Brightside Facial Toner and Alpha Arbutin Gleam On Face Mask

It's been impossible to reach customer support. I've tried every channel. Chat tickets are automatically closed. Call and Whatsapp line is self service. Never got a response on Email, Twitter, Facebook. Grievance form has issues and I am unable to submit it.

Mera product mujhe aise lg rha hai use Kia hua hai Bcz jab maine nikala use krne k liye tb sbhi cheeze already half half thi we not not stupid 1600 rs leliye or yeh dia

I am writing to you with regard to a complaint I have towards skinKraft. I had paid an amount of Rs. 1199.20/- on 29th June 2022 at 12:40 for my order. When I contacted their customer care team, I was told that the amount was received but the order was not placed due to a technical error.

I have been contacting their customer care with regard to this issue since the 13th of July 2022.

Furthermore, this issue was escalated to their concerned department and a refund was initiated within 3-5 business days. The ticket number that was raised addressing this issue was [protected]. Unfortunately, I have not received the refund amount till date.

I am giving the details of this issue below:

When I have contacted them over Email, I am just receiving empty promises regarding the refund being issues within the next 24-48 hours. But I am not receiving my refund amount.

I have not received 2 products. No one is bother to communicate with client. I have invested more time to follow up and it's irritating. I should have stop purchasing skinkraft. Your product is good but response is not available and it's not genuine.

I have did my skinkraft skin quiz and confirm the my order by online payment it was by bluedart but blue that is responding this error (consignee's address is incomplete/incorrect)

I request the bluedart team to resolve my problem and get help to get my parcel as soon as possible.

I have ordered for 1300 and they have given me products worth 999 also they won’t respond anywhere. I tried connecting via mail, chat, customer care, Instagram page everywhere but they are not helping out anywhere n not replying anywhere.

I had ordered skincare products from Skinkraft on 29th July and till now, it had not been delivered. I have sent countless mails and messaged them on Instagram regarding the same. Very unprofessional behaviour from their side and they are not even letting me cancel my order and refund my money. I have not received any satisfactory response from them till now. They don’t even have a number to talk to an executive. I have tried the other possible options like mail and WhatsApp mentioned in their website, but all these have been ignored. Please take an action.
