Skinnsi — Scammed me of my money and service

I took a "2-year unlimited full body package home service" worth 84k, and surprisingly after 1 year, my regular technician was laid off without her knowledge (while she was on the job with another client, and I was unfortunately the one to break the news to her as I was informed by the customer service team that she was laid off. As we had gotten to know each other over the year, and as I hadn't heard anything from her, I was surprised that she didn't inform me of this development. To her surprise, she wasn't aware of being laid off, because she was busy working on her client).

So, after that, the next 2 sessions had been a struggle as the customer service team said that there aren't any technicians in my zone. Unfortunately, that wasn't my problem, it was they who decided to sack the technicians so it's their responsibility to find replacements in the appropriate timeframe. Somehow, they managed to find replacements for the above 2 sessions.

However, I then get a message from the company stating that they will be providing service only in their clinic going forward. Funny how they change their policies, but they forget that contracts don't work that way. Their app still shows that they provide services "at the convenience of your home" and their clinic, so they just happen to be outright liars.

When I brought this to their attention and informed them that I will not be deviating from my contract and would only proceed with home service or they can refund my money for the remainder of my contract, they offered my one extra free service (on a package which has unlimited sessions) and the service representative kept pleading me to take the clinic sessions as the management refused to provide a technician for home service or give me my money back.

So, the Bottom line is, their stance on this matter is that what is agreed to when they take their customer's money is irrelevant because they can go about making changes on how they run their business and even if it means they can scam people's money in the process, it's absolutely fine.

35k might be a small amount for you but it's a lot for me.
