I took a trial session at Skinnsi, and the therapist convinced me to purchase a package, stating that after 8 sessions, it would be a lifetime subscription. However, she didn't provide much explanation regarding the number of sessions and practically coerced me into buying the package using her coupon code. Trusting her, I purchased the package through the link provided by her senior, Aman.

Later, she informed me that after the initial 8 sessions, there would be an additional 4 sessions with lifetime validity. I attempted to seek clarification, but she was in such a hurry that she didn't hear my queries and asked me to check the application later.

Subsequently, I immediately filed a complaint for a refund. I spoke with manager Ahsan and his superior for two hours, but they were unhelpful in canceling the order and directed me to raise the complaint with the support team.

I promptly raised the complaint with the support team, but it has been three days, and there has been no response. The lack of communication and resolution is disappointing, and I find the service provided by Skinnsi to be extremely unsatisfactory.

These people are mentally harrasing me by making back to back calls.
I have clearly told to them so many times that i never want any kind of service from them but have been calling me back to back since 2 yrs.
Please make some legal action against this company otherwise i will go mental some day...

I am taking LHR full body package and it's been 4 sessions till now.
After every session I can see white hair growth on my chin which was not there before taking laser.
I want my money back as laser is of no use.
No one is ready to take calls and solve my problem

I have purchased your product, "full body laser hair removal" in march 2021. I had 7 sessions in my package.

My results are very very Poor. I have already informed multiple call center executives about my poor result but no doctor or help was provided. From my 3rd session I had shared my concern of zero percent output to the Therapist as well, I have also asked them to inform the same to the doctor and per their confirmation they had shared my complaint but I did not get any help even after multiple complaints.
When I had purchased the package, a commitment was given by Skinnsi that 90% of the results will be seen by the end of the session, if you don't have diabetes , thyroid, or PCOD. I don't have any such issue but my result is ZERO Percent (0%). I have made multiple complaints but no outcome. If I don't get the 80-90% result then i need my money back. please REFUND my money as my results are zero percent.

I have completed my 4 sessions still cant see any changes not even 1% changes infact my skin got more dry and worst, i have pais 40k for this ### product,

Still in app I get slots available at Borivali center. However i stay at Thane and Thane skinnsi center is near by my residence. I purchased my treatment plan at Thane skinnsi center, where representative committed that my treatment can be done either at home or Thane skinnsi center. Based on that I enrolled for my treatment.

But after purchase, I have been informed to book the slot through makeO app. But I have been never...

I have taken the LHR package but due to my fungal infection on the body I asked them to cancel the package & refund the money as the fungal infection will take time to get cured & my dermatologist has suggested not to go for laser treatment.

My experience with Skinssi has been quite disappointing. They led me to believe in their advertising and assured me I'd see results in just 6 sessions, even setting up a call with a dermatologist for confirmation. Sadly, I didn't see any improvement. my attempts to reach out to your customer support team have been met with considerable frustration. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. Promises...

Worst company. They fail to keep up their promise. They have several complaints against them but they choose to ignore. I have faced so many issues. Wasted my time, money and energy. Their website never works, when it does the therapist walks in 4-5 hours late. After the therapist finally walks in they don’t have the machine with them. They make us wait for another 1-2 hours. The customer service managers are horribly rude and they dismiss the customers. @yogesh Raina @shreya, these managers have been absolutely rude and abusive.

I ordered laser hair removal from skinnsi. First seating only they sent unprofessional person for work with faulty machins. When I complain about that, they didn't have any answer. They already taken full charges of 45000. Now they are not giving service. And even skinnsi is not bother for customers. Don't understand, how to deal with it.

Due to the fact that I have already received full body hair removal with 8 sessions, I felt compelled to write this review.

1. Hair has appeared where there was previously none.
2. I have developed a double tan.Skin tone has darkened.
3. The entire area where shaving has been done, including the face, has turned black. This is really revolting.
•As I indicated in point no. 1, hair growth is occurring as it does, even in locations where it wasn't previously.

Now, if I request a refund, you people will have problems and issues with that. When I was contacted to take sessions, I was told that 90% to 95% of my hair would fall out and that only very little hair would be visible. In this case, however, the contrary is true.

Did I make a mistake by putting my faith in Skinnsi?

I sincerely hope for the same cost-affected results.

I wouldn't have said this if the results were positive. We don't have as much time to accomplish this as you do.

While persuading, you all made big promises; today, you don't even care to offer the client a sound option. I'm so disappointed in the outcome.
I have such large, black hair, and it causes me so many problems.

It's a fraud. Technicians are not skilled and no results shown after 6 sessions. And once money is taken csa just keep promising a call back will be make by eod but till date no call back with action. Try Kaya I have eheard good things about them and results also are seen after 6 sessions unlike skinnsi.

I am getting atleast 2 calls per day asking same question. Got fed up with this. I don't want to get any calls. Remove my.number from your database immediately

I have taken six sessions laser removal and the agent told me that can be done in six months as I particularly mentioned that I will be leaving in August . My first session was at March and after 3 sessions they told me that next session will be after two months gap and I told them, I will not be able to finish my sessions up to 6 as I am gonna leave so return me the remaining 3 sessions money, this was the discussion on June 2022 and I haven’t received my money still or no communication from management or support. I have called numerous amount of time and only response, will get back to you .

I have taken 4 session from skinnsi but i haven't recieved any result on hair reduction. After 2-3, months hair are growing again. At the time of counseling they told me that 90% hair will be reduced but after 4 session I haven't seen atleast 10% of the result. It's fraud. Apart from that I got acne on face after first session on the face it's ruined my face on my wedding they did not tell me about that or any other side effects.

My 1st 3 full body laser sessions happened without hassle.
from the 4th session, all the problems started happening right after May and I still have not been able to schedule my 4th session after 7months.

I had an appointment scheduled for monday dated 4th July at 12:30pm and it was aligned with Uma therapist. She came without the machine saying it is coming. After 20mins she said the machine that she was supposed to get is not working and now we need to order another one which will take aprox 1hr30mins to come as it is being used with one client right now. We had to cancelled the session as suggested by the therapist. Apart from this, the therapist constantly kept complaining about Skins, how the therapists are treated and that they don't care about them or customers. She could just keep going!

Chandni from escalations called the same day to apologise and got my session realigned for Thursday, 7th June. The therapist sent me a whatsap message saying that the eyeshield is not available and she can use tissue paper instead to cover my eyes. I refused to accept this solution as I can't put my eyes at risk when she does my face laser.
This clearly shows that Skinnsi takes laser sessions and customer safety very casually. Anyways, i asked her to either get the eyeshield or cancel the session. She said she will leave face laser this time and do it next time.
So this is another way of Skinnsi being absolutely casual about the clients and obviously dont care about making sure they are giving the right service everytime without fail. The therapist anyways did not show up at the appointed time. I had to cancel the session again.

sent an email stating the happenings asking for a refund for the remaining session on July 7th. Did not get a single response apart from the automated one that we have received your query.

In Nov, I tried to book a session but saw slot availablilty only after a month. Again checked in December and now in Jan, no slots available for the next 25 days and the slot timings for full body laser are pathetic- 8am and 530pm. options for 1230pm and 230pm have been removed.

I am tired of following up with them, no one cares to respond.

Here i had to write because i am an existing client and taken full body hair removal with 6 sessions. This Tuesday is my last session and i am really not satisfied with the result.

1.Where the hair was not there, even there hair has come out .
2. I have got Double tanned.( Skin has got darker).
3. Wherever shaving is been done entire area has become black including face.. how disgusting it's luking.
•Hair growth is as it is infact even on those areas where it wasn't there as i mentioned in point no.1.

Now if i ask for refund, you people will have issues and problems with that.. while i was called for taking sessions i was told 90% -95% hair will go off and only minimal hair will be visible .. here it's opposite.
Did I do a mistake by trusting Skinnsi??????

I really want results in the same cost paid.
# Either you give me results in the same price whatever how much ever the extra session be .
# Or else stop my treatment after the sixth session and refund me the money. After you check my results. It's horrible.
If the results were good, i wouldn't have said this . We too don't have so much time doing this.

While convincing you all assured so much.. now you don't bother to even give a solid solution to the client. I am really frustrated with this result.

I had booked a service for hair removal on 25th December. However the therapist said that she won't be able to make it as she is down with fever. That too she informed when I called her..she wasnt even having the courtesy to inform it the previous day or the same day morning. When I call skinnsi to get the resolution as they charge me Rs. 300 for rescheduling for no fault of mine. They keep on hanging up the call on me. Unprofessional behavior. Also they don't respond over message as well. They have charged me Rs. 46000/- for the package but no services provided so far.

Recently got a laser session from skinssi in which my Tattoo was burnt and from doctor received tabs, but my Tattoo was partially burnt and since it's deep Tattoo ink is gone which Is looking ugly and odd have already raised complaint and skinssi promised that they will arrange the call from management, haven't received any update till now, have been patiently waiting till now. Jill the counsellor is waste and skinssi is also not bother about there customer. Referal is fake or else I believe they dont give referal just fake it and first ask you to get referal so that you can earn and give suggestions to that referal it self to take the cashback from you than what is the sense . I want to discountinue my service with you guys

I have purchased the dermafacial services from skinnsi. Following are my Grievances :
1. They have not updated their system with these details and every time I try to schedule an appointment they request for receipts. It has been one year and the company cannot update the portal.
2. Appointments are fixed and no one turns up. There is no intimation for the same either.
3. When I had purchased the package I was promised a cashback by the sales representative within 1 month. that has never come through and they say that the sales person was fraud. I need that refund as well.

I had raised a request with Skinnsi to cancel the Full body laser hair removal (8 sessions)
package (order no: G91EJ7) that I had booked on 17 August 2022 and refund the amount for the same. I have recently been diagnosed with generalised tonic clonic seizures and I am under medication for the same. My doctor has recommended not to go for laser hair removal at all as it would trigger the seizures again and I have to be on meds for lifetime.

I haven’t availed a single session till now, so the package is totally unused but still they refuse to refund my money. Can you please help me with getting my money back?

They are just letting u pay money and do not provide the service they promise. They ll open new clinic near u just to give u 1 session/ until u pay full amount and then they ll shut down there service centre...no customer care support...they are just money making

As mentioned by other customers, they take money and don't give service at all.
Before making the deal, Hemanth called me some 5 times a week to make me buy the deal.
I had some particular condition with Lazer treated skin and specifically mentioned about that. But inspite of mentioning they partly ruined the first round.
I asked for second round on Saturday, which dint get booked and later got a promise of booking on Tuesday, but again showed of Wednesday. I still kept patiently waiting. Its Wednesday alreday and no updates regarding my session soI am calling the same guy hemanth and even my laser treatment lady reshma but none are literally picking my call. Then he msgd and gave me complaint numbers none of which worked.

Skinnsi as a company is collecting money from customers and then refusing to provide the service. Every time they give a new reason not to perform any service. They only take customer complaints on phone calls and there is no email service, every time you call new customer service agent picks up the call and takes all details and does not provide any service. This keeps happening again and again for months together. Skinnsi is just a fraud company which takes money from people

I paid for Skinnsi in April 2022 for home laser treatment, when I initiated booking post paying it got cancelled saying AC is mandatory. As I belong to a lower-middle-class family I told them I didn't have it and I would not have booked if I knew that. A few months later they told me a cooler will do, but not the one I have. Today post 6 months I went back and told them I have got serious skin allergy and my doctor strictly said no to this treatment then they came up with a no refund policy. I don't want to move ahead with the service as there's a huge delay, misinformation right from the start and my personal health reasons.

I and couple of my friends have opted for laser hair removal services from this company called Skinnsi..The company is a total fraud because they have asked us to pay full advance but failed to provide promised services and results
Each session of laser hair removal treatment has been an issue and even after complaining and asking for resolution the company staff, managers fail to resolve them.There has been times when the company failed to send their therapists for the session even after per booking it for almost a fortnight.They fail to provide us with working equipments required for the hair removal session and to be honest I don’t see any chance or improvement in the hair reduction. They are cheaters and frauds and have multiple complains on their website and social media.Kindly take this complaint seriously as they are so rigid and ignorant to resolve customers issues.Please check their social media accounts as well to know their real face.I would like you to help me get full refund for all the trouble I have been going through and also help my friends to get their refund.Thank you in advance

I had booked a laser hair treatment with Skinnsi company and did a payment with EMI with my debit card.
Few hours later, I got an emergency (office) due to which I can not take their services. I called customer support to cancel my service plan.
and they have refused to do it and refund it. Saying the non refund policy.
Their people didnt tell me about non refund policy and I havent taken any services from skinnsi. Still they have booked my money.
So I request from the forum to resolve the issue.
And cancel my plans and request the refund.

On Feb 23rd took money from me and did not provide service now when I ask for refund they say no refund policy
