I wish to complain about shoes with order id no. #BB1026425 that I purchased on Jan 25, 2023 at 03:44:01 PM.
I am complaining because I have an issue of size as I generally wear 8 but making of shoes is defective as does not fit to me so I claim return but company did not respond on call then i send email to their helpdesk with all required images but they reject my claim by texting in reply "We want to convey that we delivered the actual product to you therefore we cannot accept your return request". To resolve this problem I would like you to return this product and want my refund back with compensation which authority may grant for mental torture and agony I suffered.
When I first learned of this problem, I contacted BOOTS AND BEYOND CUSTOMER HELPLINE MANY TIME but no response from company side, then I mail my problem and was told that nothing could be done about my problem . I believe that this response is unfair because complain itself provide return facility on issue with product which company mentioned on website and filed return within that period only with genuine reason still they rejected my claim I think this spam should be banned just now.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.
