Received wrong size and effective quality. Raised a complaint on the same day of receiving the product i.e.5th July 2024.

Until now, return and refund are not initiated and no clear communication from the company.

It appears to be a SCAM....

I was order shoes from Skintific Pvt Ltd (Boots and Beyond).
and today i have received the order.

but i have open the packet i saw totally different product .

after i have mailed on [protected]@bootsandbeyond.com regarding the same.
they are saying no return and can't refund.

and also trying to call multiple time they are not responding.

So plz take stick decision against this company .

they are fraud company.

I ordered a shoe 'Austin premium lace up shoe' from boots and beyond. The quality of the product is so so cheap that just on trying it once it started showing creases. I want to return the shoe but neither the company is replying to my calls nor they are replying to my mails. I am devastated in this whole process
