Booking Amount Refund not done

Hello sir/madam

We had booked the Skoda Kushaq on 31st December 2022 at Priority Skoda, South Goa.
Due to some reasons we had to cancel the booking and at the time of booking we were promised 100% refund on the booking. It’s been 15 days since the booking was cancelled and the skoda officials are not ready to do the refund. They have been ignoring calls and messages.
I don’t think this is the kind of service...

Uthangarai... I bought a new skoda kushaq on hosur showroom. Delivered in December 24.both side front and back suspensions are week.i decided to take my vehicle in salem showroom.they are drive to test my vehicle.. Then they said suspension totally perfect. But i feel bad to drive even 10km speed aslo what can i do.. Even i have toyota crysta and creta.. Creta 3 years old but still i feel good..but totally i disappointed this skoda kushaq. Plz. Plz kindly rectified my problems...

    In September 2016 (odo reading-60, 000 kms), my car skoda rapid broke down for the first time during a travel. We immediately contacted our dealer SGA ŠKODA Coimbatore for clarification. we were asked to drive to the service center ourselves in 20 kmph speed all the way. After diagnosis, we were told one of the fuel injectors has to be replaced which costs 25, 000 INR. We were shocked to see a fuel injector from Škoda wearing off in just 4 years. Although We always had maintained and ensured we use high quality fuel all the time. We proceeded with the replacement and that was injector#4.

    In November 2016, our car broke down for the second time during a travel again and we encountered the same issue and we were pretty sure it's again the injector fault. The replacement was processed through Škoda good will category and it was free of cost and that was injector#2.

    In September 2017, same issue was encountered during a travel and we were asked to send the car through a flat bed recovery crane(cost Rs.4500 was beared by myself) to the service center And it was diagnosed as injector failure again.
    That was injector#1.

    In March 2020, same issue was encountered and as usual I sent my car to the service centre in a flat bed recovery crane( cost Rs.4500 was beared by myself) And it was diagnosed as injector failure.That was injector#3.

    In October 2021, same issue was encountered and if was again injector failure and it was paid replacement again and that was injector#1.

    In December 2021, (odo reading- 1, 10, 000 kms) same issue was encountered and same was replaced under parts warranty and it's injector#3.

    Summing up the order of injector failures in span of 50, 000 kms/5 years,

    I have periodically serviced my car Every 15, 000 kms in Škoda authorised service for the past 9 years and 9 months of ownership.I have replaced all the necessary and mandatory parts at regular intervals which are completely available in the service database.

    I have spent my hard earned money and time for this issue 6 times without raising the concern to ŠKODA AUTO Volkswagen India Pvt. Ltd. Notably, I have never received the worn out injectors which were diagnosed to be faulty from my car not even once in these 6 incidents from Škoda. I have just received the bill copies and soft copies of the job cards. I seriously doubt whether they have swapped with old used injectors and trying to cheat customers with this repetitive failure.

    my car is in service center for past 25 days without the issue being unresolved. they have never told me the root cause for the failure or what type of failure it is whether electrical or mechanical.

    Skoda India always tries to save the business not their reputation like other japanese brands.

      One of my relative had purchased a newly Skoda kushaq on last Sunday from dealer named Durgesh motors pvt.ltd.
      Unfortunately there was some technical issue on fuse box and short circuit in chamber.
      Since then the newly bought car is with dealer and they are not able to identify the problem.
      My request to exchange a new car.

        I have bought Škoda kushaq and company is saying milage of 17k/l but i have driven it 7000 km but the milage is coming to 8 to 10 k/l and i have sent the car for same issue for 4 times in service centre but the problem is not till solved.

          My Skoda rapid diesel AT is just 42000km and have cool and engine signal on the run in highway, I stopped and towed the vehicle to Tafe access as it was not much far from there. They are saying it’s injector failure and I don’t think a injector fails at 42000km, of it does it s manufacturing fault and case for recall. I ran vehicles for 100000km but never had to change injectors at all.

            Yesterday I gave my car for service, and today I received the car after serving, I found the problem in front door glass besides driver side which was okay before serving and I found malfunctioning who is responsible for that?. After serving of car your company person is not checking properly all functions of car and the costomer has to suffer a lot. One person from your company came to my place for solving the problem but he couldn't solve the problem and told me that I have to take this car in the workshop and the workshop is about 15 kilometres away from my place so the petrol which will burn is of whom? Inconvenience caused to me who will pay for that. It's your negligence and you have to bear all these. Very bad experience.

              Hello,

              I failing to maintain details of vehicle i.e Reg number etc.
              But I'm sure it was a 'test drive demo car, Model : kushaq skoda white colour.

              This incident happens near bhumkar Nagar bridge, beside drum bet restro, Narhe-Ambegaon road.

              Senario, it was traffic near bhumkar nagar bridge, & test demo person was literally irritating & provokeing people's with continues Horn .
              Even they were teasing, provokeing and making a lady who was beside them.
              There were teasing that girl & laughing like rowdyism and shameless.

              Kindly investigate and take some action against it,
              This very serious incident happened in front of me.
              I don't know from how long this things happening.

              As responsible citizen I shared you.

                I got the sensors changed just last month and again the ABS light started showing in dashboard

                I am really worried because every time it is around 4000 rs

                I purchased this car on 2012, from now, almost on every 10k to 20k KM, Injection Unit (Fuel injector) is going to failed and i have to replace it and have to pay 24, 000 INR per unit.

                Injection Unit is failed in my car four time and it is highly safety concern as well that it is failed on car speed around 100 KM/Hour and suddenly it's break the speed and push back the car behind.
                Two to three times, i saved myself and my family by heavy accident due to this Injection Unit failed.

                It is company fault that this kind of heavy price unit is failed on every 10 or 20k KM. Skoda Rapid is premier car and Customer paying good price for the quality equipment.
                Customer can't pay 24, 000 for the Injection Unit on every 10 to 20k KM. It is the company fault that this Unit is failing after every short of KM running.

                Many times, i had complaint to the service center, but they are not serious about this matter, they are just interested take money and replace it.
                They are not serious about customer and their family life, that by this Company car fault, we got accident.

                  Persistent Fuel Injector problem, Skoda car company fault

                  My car running is 9707 kms now and my car steering vibrates while braking. When complained about the same, service department at the dealer is advising to change the front discs as they are worn out. Usually discs should last longer. These discs are not covered under warranty as they claim them as wear & tear parts. Why the company has fitted such poor quality parts? It’s a matter of safety of passengers. This issue is observed after first free service (25-Sep-2021) at 8779 kms. During service it was not brought to notice about brake discs worn out. Suddenly in 1000 kms how will they wear out?

                    I have a 2013 Skoda Rapid Diesel car with 1.5 Lacs kilometres driven which was perfect until 6 months back the glow plug indication came up with some injector fault as they explained in the SGA CARS Coimbatore service center.. I request you to change the injector free of cost for the privilege of being a Skoda customer for past 9 years

                        I own a Skoda Rapid 1.5 TDI, 2018 model.- Registration No: GA 04 E 3568.

                        In June 2020, My car started showing ABS sensor Warning- I reported the matter to local Dealer Priority Auto, after examining the car they said the sensors have malfunctioned, and that the spares are not available.- It is ok to drive the car still.
                        I continued to drive the car, and also follow up- Sensors were not arranged for next 2 months. Frustrated I escalated the matter to SKODA Customer Car, then someone woke up and they made arrangements to replace the sensors, and finally the sensors were replaced in Nov 2020. Till then I was forced to drive the car without this "so called" safety feature of the Car.
                        This year in Sep 2021, my car again started showing ABS warning. So I reported the same to the dealer- Again the same answer like previous incident- Spares are not available, it is OK to drive the Car.
                        This time though, within couple of weeks, I started seeing some more warnings on the dash board- Power Steering was not operating properly, Braking was very poor, and Pick dropped significantly.
                        I reported the issues to dealer- they gave me an appointment after 10 days saying they did not have a slot.
                        On 4th October I took the Car to dealer's workshop which is 45 kms away from my house. After examining the car- they said there was a leakage in the coolant pump, which would need a replacement. and since the Car was under warranty they would require 2 weeks to complete the formalities, after that the part would be dispatched and replaced. They asked me to keep the vehicle in their workshop- no stand by car was provided to me as they did not have one!
                        After 3-4 days of follow up as I was not getting a satisfactory response from the dealer, I wrote to SKODA Customer Care- They responded with a standard sugar coated email- But no concrete actions. This time though they asked the dealer to provide me a standby Car- I couldn't collect the same as I did not have anything to commute!

                        Since last 2 weeks, I am continuously following to understand the status- Dealer does not have a clear date of completing the repairs, and Customer Service team chooses to avoid my calls/emails.

                        Its almost 15 days now my Car is under break down, and I do not know when it will be repaired.

                        Few Points to note:

                        1) It is a know fact that all Skoda cars are prone to ABS sensor failures in monsoon. Why they do not make necessary stocking arrangements for the replacement? Why Customers are forced to drive the cars without ABS utility in case of these failures?

                        2) Why the break downs under Warranty not attended with utmost care and Speed? Why Customers have to wait for 3-4 weeks for simple spare replacements only because the Internal warranty process of SKODA is so tedious?

                        3) SKODA Customer Service team is extremely poor when it comes to resolving Customer Complaints in a timely manner. Secondly they do not provided any escalation to next level!

                        Its a very frustrating experience to own a SKODA car in India due to their 1) very poor Customer Service 2) timely availability of Warranty spares 3) Delays in attending Warranty Issues.

                        I am not sure- writing to this forum will solve my problem- But at least it will spread awareness!

                          Hi Team, I bought a new skoda Rapid few weeks back, I have steering issue, even on normal roads and highways my steering is trembling.

                          2. When I stop at signals my I can sense car shaking.

                          3. When I apply brakes at 70~80 speed, I can clearly listen disc pads noise.

                          Request you to please address my issue at the earliest. I drove just 650 kms and before reaching driving of 100kms I have shown the issues to PPS motors Hyderabad.

                            Dear Skoda India,
                            I own a Skoda rapid 2013 ambition 1.6Tdi and the car has clocked 1, 06, 000.
                            I have already replaced the injector no 2 once and just 6 months back now the injector 4 has failed.
                            If the cost of product is so high that it costs half of my cars value and I’m in no position to replace this due to financial constraints.
                            Whilst bearing the heavier side of service bills now comes a question of the cars reliability.
                            If this is the kind of scenario that we face I’m sure 10 years down the line all these cars will be in the scrap yard and Skoda India too.
                            Please recall and replace the faulty system.
                            Skoda India owes this to loyal customers like us.

                              I am using Skoda rapid diesel 2015 AT model car (53kms driven car) and I had a issue with my car water pump (at 48k Kms)and changed it in local private work shop because of lock down ( Skoda service center closed ) in Chennai . It was working fine for 2 months and car temperature increased while driving and when I checked it was water pump problem again this time I arranged the recovery vehicle and took it to Skoda service center.They couldn’t find fault what is the issue for 2 days and I was informed that issue with temperature sensor costs around 8k to change it then also temperature symbol indicated and this time they told there is issue with water pump and this will be sort out only if we change it which costs around 23k and I was informed about 1 injector issue (out of 4 ) in my car which cost around 23k ( 1 injector cost ) if not no guarantee for engine they said ! Without knowing much about it I agreed to change that also my final bill came around 55k on June 2021. Exactly after 2 months when I was driving my car Emission symbol again blinked and when I called the Skoda service center they asked me to drive slowly to their place saying injector fault again ..I am really fed up using this Skoda car and I definitely not recommend this brand to any one ( not even to my enemy ) .one injector cost is 25k they cooly saying it might be other 3 injectors could be a fault . Damn…This is total failure system using in Skoda just for 53k Kms running car should not have this kinda faults.Don’t waste your money guys ..think before you buy this Skoda brand .

                                Jai Skoda - Gurgaon delivered the new Skoda Rapid 1L TSI Automatic at 8:30 PM on 21st September. The dealer had eight months old manufactured car, which they did not inspect properly. While driving back home, there was a rattling noise from the glove box and left side rearview mirror. The following day, we went to the showroom and raised our concern regarding this issue. GM of Jai Skoda sent a newly delivered car to the workshop. After 3 test ride inspection, they identified that glove box cover and left side rearview mirror needs to be changed. Initially, the advisor at the service station advised putting a double tape in the glove box of a car worth 14 lakhs delivered a day before. To fix the issue, they removed front dashboard components and still, they were unable to resolve the issue.

                                As an owner, I wasn't expecting my car to be in the service station within 18 hours of delivery. My question to Skoda is that why before delivery dealer did not appropriately inspect the vehicle? Why was the manufacturing date of the car not shared earlier? Before taking the car delivery, I enquired multiple times that when the car was manufactured. But they didn't answer. After verifying the VIN, I came to know that car was manufactured eight months before. Even during the delivery, I saw some minor scratches on the body and dirt marks inside the vehicle. I raised this issue, and the executive and GM at Jai Skoda assured me that I need not worry, and in case of any problem within the first 15 days, they will replace the car.

                                After an intensive search, I decided to go for Skoda as Skoda is known for its build quality. I am sad to say that Skoda is not worth considering. At Least not from Jai Skoda. If a product like Rapid, which has its assembly line from last 8-10 years, has defects. What should one expect from newly-launched vehicles like Kushaq and upcoming cars like Slavia? I want Skoda to take the necessary action. We are not going to accept that car that requires maintenance within 18 hours of delivery. Please process a refund or provide a fresh vehicle that is free from any manufacturing defects.

                                  I bought a Skoda rapid diesel on 23 /10/2018. Till date the it ran only 11000 km.
                                  The cars injection pump got damaged on April 5. Only one pump was replaced at that time even after we requested for all 4 injection pumps to be replaced. Then again the car stopped working last Sunday
                                  Again they said that injection pump is damaged
                                  If only one is replaced this time this problem is going to continue
                                  We can’t safely take the car even for small distances due to this issues
                                  Hope you will look into the issues this time and replace all 4 pumps
