I bought a skoda superb (MH47 AB 0101) in the year 2018 along with 4 years service package from autobahn india. Now autobahn has closed down their operation, and no other dealer is honoring the service package I have purchased from autobahn.

At the tie time of sale autobahn never disclosed that such service packages are not acceptable by other servicing dealer. This is a pure case of cheating and now I am in a fix.

The skoda india management should look into this seriously and take a preventive action.

    There is a constant problem in my car of coolent problem, I have sent my car to the Aryaveer workshop arourd 5 times regarding this complaint, every time they say that the issue is parmanently resolved but again this issue occurs.

        My vehicle number MH48AG1359 skoda octavia was there at your workshop at autobahn skoda Goregaon west on 20/12/2020 for the same problem. I am facing the same problem again. The dealership is closed.

            I am aged 65 year old lady and a Retired HOD Commerce of a prominent Women's College in Chennai. After retirement, I wanted to change my car and narrowed down my option to Skoda as I was told it is a reliable brand and Rapid( Petrol) is the best choice for the elderly ladies. Around 5 months back bought a Rapid model car thru the dealer in Chennai and paid the entire amount using my retirement benefit money. Ever since i took delivery of the car, the pickup was poor and an uneasy feeling while engaging the gear. This fact was reported to the dealer and i was told that every thing will be taken care of during the first service. At that time, I was insisted to go in for an extended warranty and paid that amount of around 31000 /- also. Now the car has run 7726 kilometers only. Since I was finding it difficult to drive the car in the same condition, I sent the car to the Service centre for a total check up. To my utter shock, received a call from the service engineer that the clutch plate is damaged and has sent me a quote for Rs 30522/-. It is totally un imaginable how the clutch of petrol car of a reputed brand like Skoda can fail with in 7700 kms run. Im sure that the PDI was not done properly and my complaints of poor pick up were not heeded through. Moreover I was pushed to pay for an extended warranty too. Im physically and financially stranded due to no fault of mine. It is due to the very poor after sales service . Please help me out and do justice.

              My Skoda Rapid car has multiple early failures of critical engine assemblies :
              - EGR Valve replacement at 19, 371Km
              - AC Compressor replaced at 34, 683Km
              - 2 Fuel injectors need replacement at 46.321Km just two weeks after normal service visit.

              On top of this, the SKODA India team is charging prohibitive prices for such early failures ( for example SKODA is charging 12% of the entire car price for a set of 4 Fuel injector valves ). This way one would end up paying 50% of a new car by the time the car reaches 100, 000/- KM running.

              Skoda india team keeps mentioning that the car is “out of warranty” but they do not want to understand that these are widespread fleet issues which most of the early Skoda Rapid car owners are facing.

              Instead of addressing these issues proactively, SKODA Rapid car owners are paying from their end and that too at prohibitive prices put up by SKODA India.

              Why should someone buy a new Skoda car with such cost of ownership ... atleast I would never recommend anyone to do this having made the mistake of doing this myself

                I like to add the gprs tongle for rapid 2020, as the skoda is now providing to all new vehicles since 2021.the dealer of skoda replied us the company does not allow us to fit for skoda vehicle which was delivered before, please suggest your stand on gprs tongle which is the necessary for the driving and safety and navigastion to reach the desire destination

                  My car skoda rapid AP26 BC 1116 has met with accident. . I took it skoda showroom Sanath Nagar Hyderabad. Manager Karthik has delt my car and have quoted for 70 to 80, 000/- They told some dent is there rear door and suggested for dent work on rear door and to change new quater panel and new bumper. As I insisted for denting work for quater panel and rear door, even for that also they quoted for 50, 000/-. As I'm unsatisfied I enquired in local workshop which they have done it for less than 20, 000/- which they have changed bumper and did denting work for quater panel. And to surprise there was no dent on rear door which was told by showroom people.initially their quote was 80, 000 and Even for denting work also they have quoted for 50, 000.Ultimately the work was done for 20, 000

                  Adding to that when I wanted to take my car to local workshop they didnt allow my car to take it. They told I have to pay parking charges and estimation charges which was 8700/- .After request to manager I had to pay 5000/- to get my car out...This is called doing Exploitation and business to the core by showroom people

                    I got car [ Monte Carlo Red Rapid ] delivery on 12th Nov 2020 from Akoya Sokda Pune, after 2 weeks i started getting cranking sound while turning and applying break. The sound was so prominent that you can hear without making much effort.

                    For the resolution of same issue, car has been sent thrice a time to showroom and every-time it works fine for 2-3 days and then problem re-raises. Now the car running meter is below 1600 KM and 3 times for same problem so ideally after every 500KM car has visited 3 times for same/similar issue. This is kind of mental torcher that i ahve to send the car 3 times for brand new card. This shows Skoda has degraded its Quality assurance to 0, that's the reason customers getting faulty car delivered.

                    I am uploading this video captured at 7th march 2021. I want this car to be replaced or refund my money back.

                      We left the vehicle in gurudev motors, guindy, chennai-32 on[protected]. The compalaint arrissed is the vehicle engine created a heavy sound. The engineer said that he will send the issue to skoda and will reply to me with in two days. After two to three days he said, the issue is related to fly wheel. After i contacted insurance people and they inspected the vehicle and he rejected the claim and it will not cover under the insurance policy. I contacted the service engineer. The problem is not yet solved. Please solve the issue as soon as possible and it should be covered in warranty.

                        I own a skoda rapid car at tura (neghalaya)
                        facing noice problem in the car engine foe the last 3
                        month and the car is not boosting speed above 20-25
                        KMPH.
                        I have already submitted a complaint with the same car
                        but still not getting any response.


                        I spoke to your customer service officer and also to
                        kolkata service center but i did not get any positive
                        response from them.
                        Please correct the technical fault of our car.

                          I had given my car being registration number AP10AY-9574 RAPID, for regular service on 5th Dec'20 with complaints as below:

                          Paid Service, Front & Rear Bumper replacements, replacement of Mudflaps, checking mileage and EPC & Emission check.

                          The vehicle was delivered after a week and to my dismay I noticed that the Air Conditioner was not working. The service centre did not inform me about this at all and now...

                          I have Skoda rapid automatic 2016 model. Recently while reversing my car, I hit a pole and damaged my rear bumper and parking sensor. But when I tried to find a service centre for my skoda car, I found out that the only official service centre (sagar autotech Pvt ltd) got shut down very recently. With no other option to go, I contacted the old service centre (sagar autotech) to change the rear bumper and repair my sensors. The employee knowing that I have nowhere to go with no official complaint redressal mechanism, behaved very rudely and arrogantly. At one point of argument, he even told me to go to indore if I wanted the repairing done.
                          I want skoda to start the official service centre in bhopal as soon as possible. Because without that, we skoda car owners will be at the mercy of sagar autotech employees, because they are the only one to have genuine Skoda spare parts left, but no complaint redressal system left.
                          And they (sagar autotech) shut down in the first place because of their unfair service practices and unprofessional work culture.

                            Please don't cheat customers in the name of spares cost, skoda injector come around 30 k if 4 injector changed means 1.20 lakhs can u accept this cost, don't cheat customers, hereafter I never referd skoda to my friend and customer and also spread this info across the all social media and make awareness about your cheating and also go for consumer court about your cheating, y r selling just like this worst car, don't tell you are all German car makers very pitty thing,

                              Hello,
                              I have Skoda rapid Ambition Plus 1.6 AT.
                              The car gear shifting was jammed in Parking Mode and went through a breakdown, I towed my car to service center and it was found a small rubber bush is worn out.
                              (breakdown happened 3Kms away from Skoda service center and no one from Skoda came to my aid, and i was stranded on the road from 11:30AM to 5:30PM)

                              Gear rod is the least used in an automatic car, and the gear rod facing issues in 40000Kms is not at all acceptable.

                              They have given me a quotation of 80, 000Rs to change the entire gear assembly saying the rubber is not available separately. And agreed this is a rare scenario and they didn't even care to coordinate to Skoda India regarding this scenario unless i raised a complaint on the dealer.
                              Car ran for just 800Kms since the last yearly service.
                              I have done all the yearly service in authorized Skoda service centers only. For such a premium brand car running just 800Kms against the promised 10000Kms is not acceptable.
                              My car is just ran 40000KMS in the last 6yrs, inspire of less usage i have given approval to change spares every time the service engineers approached me for spare replacement.
                              Worst behavior they asked if they can close the service saying customer is not able to bear the charges.(y cant they blame themselves that they can manufacture a rubber separately?)

                              I am not getting proper responses. Waiting for an appropriate response from your end.
                              It happened to me today, tomorrow it may happen to others also. Every time don't expect the customers to be understanding and pay the amount for your so claimed rare scenarios for which you don't have a rubber bush so u replace full assembly.

                                  I had taken delivery of a Rapid Onyx model on 20th Nov'20. At that time, exclusive Onyx kit which includes seat covers and other accessories, offered on that model was not available with dealer and they confirmed that it should be available within next 10 days. Its already been a month but they have not received kit and unable to provide any expected time for arrival as well. I have contacted Skoda support as well through multiple forums as well but not getting any response. Kindly assist on this issue.

                                      Hello,
                                      I have Skoda rapid 1.5 automatic.
                                      The car gear shifting was having problem, I went to service centre and it was found there is issue in mechatronic.
                                      Part is completely fine and working properly only gasket has some leakage and I have a question that why a gasket is not available individually.

                                      I got an answer that we have to change complete part which cost around 2 Lacs.
                                      A service class customer cannot effort to pay 2 Lacs.
                                      Waiting for an appropriate response from your end.
