My name is safeena Beegom . I am here to file a complaint against the staff's from Sks microfinance Ltd (Kollam branch, kerala ) .
I am paying all the loan amount on exact date . Mr Vishnu soman was the collection agent .last 3 payment receipt he refused to give and he is not picking his mobile . Yesterday one lady staff from Sks microfinance Ltd call me for loan payment ( Mrs Priyanka ) and I asked about the receipts and she misbehave to me and insult through mobile . After that at night Mr Vishnu soman call me and shout to me and verbally abuse.
I decided to file a complaint against these staff to Kollam east police station and I have proper proof that they misbehave ( call record ) before that I want to inform about this issue to the company also .
I hope there is a positive action against these staff's
