My name is safeena Beegom . I am here to file a complaint against the staff's from Sks microfinance Ltd (Kollam branch, kerala ) .

I am paying all the loan amount on exact date . Mr Vishnu soman was the collection agent .last 3 payment receipt he refused to give and he is not picking his mobile . Yesterday one lady staff from Sks microfinance Ltd call me for loan payment ( Mrs Priyanka )...

I regularly pay my loan dues.some of my hospitalization problem my can't pay 4 installment. I promise to pay later but balasore branch staff give threaten
Misbehaving for why not payment. Mislanguage also.what I do.please guide me....

Maine 2 bar loan liya hai SKS GACHHA se 2 bar hi close kar diya hai...
Har weekly 650 taka emi continue diya hai... Par abhi loan dene se mana kar raha hai... Branch manejar or ek staff ne...

I'm sending this behalf of Mrs. Radha Raman iyer, who has taken loan from your organisation branch bargachiya, Howrah, India. Total Loan amount is 21, 700(23/01/2021)
And the loan has repaid as well but still sks give us notice to repay the loan amount, when we tried to make them understand that the loan amount is already paid but as per them it's showing in there system so they said I should contact head...

And I have been associated with SKS Microfinance Ltd for the last 14 years and I have taken loan in this company many times and All the loan installments are also well filled.But for the last few months, the behavior of the employees of the company has been very bad and the loan approved in my name is not being given to me even though the loan fees, insurance fees, I have been taken in the name of that loan....

Last year when full country went under lockdown, I didn't get any communication from your side how to pay EMI, when weekly meeting starts my mother asked him that we need to pay all due emi at once you representative told her not to pay and only last week will be extended by tge exact number of week we are not able to collect.

Gov. of India and supream court also stated we should not pay interest of intetest...

Complaining about Overnite courier service.

when Overnite courier person called me, he told he not able to deliver the courier to village locations (bz im from a village of bellary dist sandur tq) i told him to send back to where it is come from.. (that is HDFC bank)

when i call to banker they saying its already deliver and when check with AWB number in Overnite courier tracker its showing already deliver with...
