I have ordered Dr Active product watching on TV on line I received it after paying Rs 3000/- to the courier and I was disappointed to see the wrong product when i called the customer care they say simply since the product which you have ordered gone out of stock we have sent you this product, there is no refund policy, no exchange policy, they say what ever we have sent you just use it otherwise through it we do not bother from next time when ever I am calling they are not responding their Email id also fake, the product they have sent is a butterfly product which is available with Flipkart for just Rs 339/- only
