Sky Shop Products — 32gb pen camera not working, not charging

Dear Sir,

I ordered
a 32GB Balck Pen Camera through the website http://pencameras.in on 16/02/2015
on your webcite. (Phone No. [protected]). I received a phone call from
this number on 16/09/2015 for confirmation of my order. I was delivered a Pen Balck
like thing by a delivery at BLUDART
Courier-Mahabbunagar District-Telangana(Formal Andhrapradesh)-509001 by taking
Rs 2000/- on 23/02/2015 (Reference Number:BDSKSK0015253 dated 16/02/2015). The .
It was noticed by me that the Pen Camera is not working at all and it does not charging when i open and put charge to PC by
USB on[protected]. But no result I have
oreceived 64GB memory as mentioned in the website instead it is showing 32GB
bytes. The instruction page is of very poor quality, irrelevant and with wrong
English. I asked for the replacement of the product over phone No. [protected]
with the free gift ( Fixit Pro Scratch ) as mentioned in the site and t
despatched to me. I was asked to send a message on the same telephone number. I
sent the message on[protected]. I again sent message on[protected]. They did
not respond to my messages. They are not lifting my phone calls since 26/02-2015.
I have tried around hundred times to contact their number in different times of
different days.
Some other persons have also reported cheating by the same company / website
with same phone number in the Facebook and other websites.
The address as mentioned in the Bill/ Cash Memo in my name :

I would remain grateful you if you kindly to take necessary steps to catch the
cheaters and arrange to refund my money. The two phone numbers ([protected])
and the website could be clues to catch the criminals even if the address on
the bill/ cash memo are not correct.
Kindly intimate the outcome of your investigation.
