[Resolved] Sky Track — sky track put a fake complaint | |
Sir/Madam, My name is sravanthi. I got a call from a freelancer(phone number- [protected]) on[protected] saying that they are providing part time jobs. He said it was a video watching job and for 10 days they will pay 12000 in which 6900 will be deducted in my first pay as registration charges. He told me that the company will call for verification and ask for my confirmation. I received a call from a lady(number [protected]) asking for the confirmation and i agreed to do the work. I started the work on[protected] and watched the videos.. on sunday[protected] the app did not work, i called the helpline for assistance and there number is switched off. They blocked my id on[protected]. i called the helpline number([protected]) and told the problem, they asked me to send the screenshot of the app to their mail id(helpline.[protected]@gmail.com). I sent and received a reply saying that ten days completed, and i did not finish the work. And the concerned department will contact. surprisingly i received a legal intimation about breaking the agreement and asking me to pay the due amount 6900 to the company for not completing 10 days. A person named Ajay Thakur([protected]) called me saying that he is an advocate and sky track approached him for the case. I replied to that asking for company website and official address of skytrack. The person did not answer on that and asked me to meet in the court. They sent me a legal notice on my mail from this id . What am i supposed to do now. please help. Attached are the screenshots of the conversations. Please help on this.

Jan 13, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Company mailed from [email protected] saying that they have resolved the issue and I won’t receive any text/mail in future and they will cancel the agreement. Jan 10, 2020 Updated by sravanthip88 I have received a call yesterday from a lady [protected] saying she is from consumer complaints and she is investigating my case. i got a doubt as she asked me for company number(which i have clearly mentioned in my complaint), then i read the FAQ and got to know that https://www.consumercomplaints.in doesn't call its users nor does it solve any complaints. After two hours or so she called me again and said that i have to proceed legally or pay the amount to the company for breaking the agreement which i did not duly sign nor did they tell me in the verification call that they are sending the agreement. The lady in the end said sky track doesn't have many complaints as other companies. I was like what.. if she is from https://www.consumercomplaints.in why will she say that, supporting sky track, so i understood thats a fake call again from skytrack. I have recorded the call for safety but am not able to upload it here. Then in the evening, i received a mail from another advocate neha joshi(mail id [protected]@gmail.com) saying i have to pay 28950 as court clearance charges. I dont understand If people really have such amounts, why will they try to do part time jobs like this and get into trouble. I don't know if these advocates are genuine or not because the same advocate minhaz who have sent me the legal notice, i have seen his name in other complaints of companies like infonex, akt enterprise etc. If they are real advocates, being government servants why are they misusing the law for a fake company like sky track. I searched in google for sky track and found nothing except the complaints in this forum. They dont have a website nor can i find their office address anywhere.  Jan 13, 2020 Updated by sravanthip88 Received a mail from [protected]@gmail.com saying that they have resolved the complaint.Thus marking it as resolved. Guys be sure before taking up any home based work. Ask for company registration certificate, their website, office address, payment proofs(this can go wrong too sometimes). Don’t get fooled with fake companies.  | |
