Hii this is kranthi i have purchased the skybag travel bag on september 2014. the handle hook of that bag is broken while handling the bag.So i have to clam that, now i am in germany please tell me how to clam the damage, what documents you guys needed to clam the international warranty. please reply me as soon as possible because i have to use that bag frequently.
