We ordered two bags from skybags and received both bags of different designs. We requested for a exchange but they denied it and then we reached coustmer care they simply ingnored our problem and again called customer care and the lady there simply said we will disconnect your phone and I was requesting her and saying my complaint. Please help us to resolve this problem.

    Dear Sir, I bought Skybag for my College on 18th December and it my college started from 27th December after 4days for College my college bag started tearing up so I complained to Owner he told me, I will get new Bag In Exchange but it will take 3or 4 days to arrive new Bag but it's been a Week and now he is giving me Excuses and telling me to wait a Month

    On 27th December I bought Skybag bag for my College after few days it started tearing so I complained to Owner He said it will take time 3 to 4days for Replacement but now he is saying me it will take 1month

      I bought a gradient trolley this Sunday (10.4.2022) and took it in the first flight today but the handle got damaged and broken.

        Poor customer service from javed mahesh suraj... No appropriate uniforms nor ids in pocession.
        Please ask your staff to stop giving false promises while selling the equipment saying... Warranty period lies and we shall exchange it immediately and #t... When time comes there are no solutions to the problems/ complaints...

        Pathetic experience with your staff at raghulella mall vashi in big bazar ground floor... Please have a follow up or else your company will loose customers one by one slowly eventually leading to a slowdown of your brand/ equipments.

          shipment delay for web orders

          The product order placed online or web-orders never got dispatched from the Skybags end.
          Left message, voice message but no reply.
          This is for the second time I have placed the web-order for the same item. Item availability is in stock. But there is a message that I received 3-days back for shipment delay.
          This had happened earlier from the skybags end. And now they are repeating the same story.

          I am an aggrieved customer and mentally harassed by the skybags dealer. I have purchased my bag from rainbow bags in mau district u. P and issued a warranty card for the same but the card is stamped by the name of luggage mart kanpur. After several service request and endless request the shopkeeper kept my bag for almost a month and there after he gave me two raw wheels without installing and told me to repair somewhere else.. Those wheels were not genuine and damaged in one day and when i have gone for the complaint he refused to entertain, even told me to go and file the consumer complaint.

            This is very unfortunate that your dealer (Big Bazaar, Esplanade Metroplitan Building, 7 J. L. Nehru Road, Kolkata - 700013) is so careless that when I am purchasing your product from them they don't bother whether I am getting the warranty well and good.

            Because in your warranty card it is stated that it is not valid without signature and stamp of dealer. But even after asking 2nd time to clear and darker the stamp, you can see the condition of their stamp in the attached image.

            This is not done with your customer.

            This type of dealer will demotivate your customer from your brand who do not have a proper stamp when doing a business of crore.

              This complaint is regarding bag (Sky bags).

              I purchased a lappy bag from big bazaar indirapuram ghaziabad last month
              Worth rs. 1400 after discount.in description they confirmed that the bag is waterproof but yesterday (Dated : 22-sep -2017) it's a rainy day in ncr. At 5:00 pm when i was going home from my office i kept all my important documents and all my gadgets like my laptop and my cell phone in my bag and thought that they are safe in my bag. After when i reached home i found that all my gadgets and important papers are of no use as they are totally wet. And because of this bag i have to face many problems all my documents, my wallet and and my laptop worth rs. 30, 000 become dead and my cell was also dead.

              Then i took quick action and went to same big bazaar store indirapuram and there i went to complaint section but they are not taking responsibility and behaviour was quiet frustrating and the product is in warranty period instead of that they are not ex-changing the bag or refunding me the amount back. I thought that all products in big bazaar are duplicate and i decided not to purchase any product from big bazaar.

                Sir / madam I taken my bag form shoppers stop in inorbit mall my bag model is pixel plus 01 that warranty is 1yr my bag print is gone I told to ur office they told me u can replace ur bag or repair I give bag in mall they told me my bag is not accept they can decline my bag.                   I have Purchased Skybag on 07/20/2016 over the Store in Mysore Karnataka India which has 3 year warranty, and Travelled to USA located in Virginia, My Luggage bag trolley wheel got broken and look for replacement or repair. please let me know the nearest store and advise me what is the procedure to get it fix

                    I purchase a skybag from Mumbai, I only used it once while I was coming to Kolkata during coming out from station it's wheel badly damage even I was pulling very carefully. Now I am not able to carry it. I purchased it on 9th of April from INCS Mumbai. it is under warranty for 3 years. I want it to repair or replace it. When we go to purchase sales man will say it has a good warranty service but when something happens then no one will look into this. I am really very upset by this type of service. Like this they are just cheating to the customer.

                      Hii this is kranthi i have purchased the skybag travel bag on september 2014. the handle hook of that bag is broken while handling the bag.So i have to clam that, now i am in germany please tell me how to clam the damage, what documents you guys needed to clam the international warranty. please reply me as soon as possible because i have to use that bag frequently....
