So far, so good. SKYi Developers is working on building a stronger response system and taking steps to address most of the complaints. While there's room for growth, their efforts show a positive trend in customer support. I am owner of flat 207 located at T1, Star Town.
Facing water pressure issue in the bathroom since begining of February 2023 for which I registered a complain at apana complex on 15th Feb 2023 (snapshot attached). When no one responded back to me even after 15 days, I went to PMO office where those people told me that this issue doesn't come under their support and gave me contact of Mr. Bhalerao.

Skyi has full of ### and unmannered staff.
They don't know how to deal with CUSTOMERs.
Skyi directors are also no o[censored]se
Bcas they are also afraid of CUSTOMERs to talk with face to face.
They are keep of their ### staffs
Their motive is to cheat CUSTOMERs and take money from their pockets.
And nobody is their to look after to the CUSTOMER.
I m a flat owner in Skyi Startown.
Skyi is one of the worst builder I ever met.
They have given 2 years late possession.
And instead of giving interest..
They are imposing interest on customer itself.
So this is so stupidity of them.
Their staff are so rude and unmannered.
They don't know how to talk with the customer.
So I request all of you don't purchase flat with skyi builder....
Complaints -
1. No timely communications from Skyi Team on the project
2. Delay in possession
2. Avoiding to share project documentation which were asked as artefacts to their claim
3. No support for architectural changes requested
4. Support SPOCs changing frequently & the new SPOCs do not take ownership
5. No Support / Proper answers on commitment given to update the name plate
6. No...
I have given registration amount to SKYi builder of their Manaslake project. At 29 March 2015, but after that they are taking so much time for doing agreement.
So I have canceled my purchase, and asking for refund on 4th Dec 2015.
After that on 24th Dec 2015. They send mail saying "We have processed cancellation of your apartment and refund will be given to you as soon as we get refund cheque."
