SkyKing — Consignment not delivered

My Consignment[protected] was booked from Jaipur to Hyd on 7th July It reached the Hyderabad facility on 13th and has been lying there since then.
Initially when we called them they did not picked our call, one day when called was picked they refused saying the consignment is not there although the
site is clearly showing its in there " HYD NINEX PAN BAZAR, SECUNDERABAD" Facility. After that they never picked our call.

Infact the sender and the Jaipur skyking Facility has been constantly talking to them but no use every day they say we will deliver tomorrow but no use.
So far we called them almost 30 times in last 5 days but no use no one picks the given number. We have finally decided to go to consumer forum for finally losses we
have suffered as the consignment was suppose to be given to one of our customer who has not cancelled the order siting delay
