Dear Team,

I am writing to follow up on a courier that was sent from Kolkata to my address in Bengaluru. According to the tracking information, the package has already reached the Bengaluru hub, but it has not yet been delivered to my address.

Could you please provide an update on the current status of the delivery and let me know when I can expect to receive it?

Consignment No.[protected] dated 31-07-25 shows on your website as out for delivery on 02-08-25 itself but it has not yet been delivered. Please look into the matter...

The docket no.[protected] has been booked on dt. 12.03.2025 from Sambalpur. The delivery destination is Angul which is only 160 kms. Till date 19.03.2025 the document has been not been delivered, Your company is taking morethan 6 days to deliver the document. This type of service is not expected from you.

So kindly do the needful....

Worst company I courier my led from Ahmedabad and when I received my parcel, its display totally damaged, I claim but they refused to pay and now I'm going to file a complaint against this company in grahak seva kendra and police station too...

A courier was booked on 26 Febraury 2024 from Delhi to Sonipat.It was received by Sonipat HUb on 28 febraury 2024. it's been 4days(2nd march2024) i haven't received my courier. There was an important component in the courier to be used for the project submission in College.
I have rang minimum 30-40 calls to the sonipat hub faculty out of which only 1-2 calls have been picked and they misbehave with me. Following are the contact numbers of sonipat faculty. ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected])
I even called the Skyking head office and customer care but they were out of service or unreachable.
Below i have attached Tracking service of the courier and few of the call records which i did. tracking service show that the the courier was out for delivery yesterday but i haven't received any call from the boy nor my courier. Overall it caused me a lot of problems physically and mentally.

I will never recommend Sky King courier for its very very poor service with very rude and unprofessional telecaller name - Sonia.

I have tried many many times to call on the given number, but no response. After a long time one tellecaller named - SONIA, picked up my call and behaved such a rude manner that they are giving us free services !! she is very very unpolite and unprofessional staff.
The delivery boy Sharma ji also lied to me and said, courier already delivered, but till date it is not delivered.

Pls help me to deliver the courier as it contain a very important document. PLEASE.

I also request management of Sky Kings not to keep these types o[censored]nprofessional staffs like - Sonia or Sharma ji in your company.

I have sent my parcel to Bolpur, West Bengal. The parcel has already reached bolpur from 9.9.2023. The consignment number of my parcel is[protected]. I want to how much it will take to deliver?

Consignment No.[protected] is received in nearest hub (R R Nagar, Bangalore) 3 days back but not delivered to me.

I have tried calling R R Nagar branch but no one taking call, even I tried calling skyking customer care but no one available to take call response.

It's been 6 days now and my courier hasn't been delivered yet which they have promised to be delivered within 2 days.

Parcel was supposed to be delivered in Vrindavan. Mathura but not yet delivered. I can see a delivery contact on the tracking but that guy is not responding. It is showing same status since last 20 days.

It's been more than 17 days and I am yet to receive my parcel no.[protected].

They stopped providing updates from the 19th April onwards and no one bothers to reply to complaints.

Such low accountability is unacceptable. If you shy away from responsibility, then your days are numbered as a company.

Resolve my issue ASAP....

My parcel is showing out for delivery from 18th march but till not get my parcel. Kolkata customer and hooghly hub customer care are very rude, they are not taking any responsibility also not giving any information that where is my parcel. Really fade up now not understand what will i do.
