SkyKing — Consignment not receive lost and found

I need to know about my product why it is not delivered to me I am continuously follow up with branch representative but he is not responding well to me. I have booked my courier on 02 Aug 2021 it was reached Haldwani Branch on 06 Aug 2021 now shipment is completely stuck on Haldwani Branch. This shipment last distination delivery is Champawat. My shipment is very sensitive and important to me. Now I am getting business loss because of you. I never faced in past this kind of bad courier service really bad experience with you. I will file case on consumer forum and you need to pay my complete loss.
