A courier was sent to me via kolkata on 2nd April 19 via Skyking (Consignment Number[protected] to Bangalore which reached bangalore on 3rd April 19. It has not been delivered to me yet (16th April 19). I even told them to send it back to kolkata long with entire courier charges refunded if they are unable to deliveror else deliver it to me but the team is disconnecting the call. One consignment with no.[protected] had been picked up from Bhadrak on 9th September and on 14th September status was updated as document is out for delivery. But document is still not delivered and tried to call delivery guy 10-15 times but he dint pick up. Customer service people are also not doing anything.
