I have booked a parcel from Salasar Rajasthan on 14th of July 2021 for Kolkata West Bengal thru Air Cargo which was promised to be delivered to me in 3-4 days maximum. I had been charged exorbitantly with Rs 2000/- for 12 kgs of Parcel. But till date the parcel has not been delivered to me. Nobody picks up the call at Burrabazar Kolkata head office.
The service which I have faced has let down the Image of the company. I would never prefer to avail the services of your company and even make sure anyone in my knowledge uses the same.
Nobody has reverted me with the whereabouts of my parcel.
I would like to get a refund of my exorbitantly charged amount and get my parcel delivered on an urgent basis.
