This is to inform you all that I had booked a service with the tracking no[protected] from Mr. Lokesh, on the 15th of February, 2020 at Bengaluru.
I was assured of the charges as per kg, but later he said it will be calculated as volumetric dimensions, so I went ahead with the booking. He had assured me of a great service fully safe and secure, so he emphasised on using the train services which was provided to me at ₹4, 000.
The package was packed in front of me by his acquaintance who came to pack and pick-up the items. I had provided the bubble wrap and carton boxes.
On the 22nd of February, I had received the package in a broken and damaged condition. The cooler is completely destroyed as confirmed by the Service centre.
I have lost around ₹20, 000 worth of items and this is all due to the negligence and irresponsible handling.
I am looking forward for a compensation of the said amount and I would want to provide a timeline of 2 weeks, starting today, i.e., 26 of February, 2021.
If this is not provided, I will go forward by seeking legal help.
