The worst courier service ever. Supposed to get courier on 10 its 18th of April did not get the parcel till yet. Customer service representative sitting at Hyderabad are simply worst they are just sitting and earning salary. When I raised a complaint they are not following up on that and they do not have manner how to behave.Almost 10days continuously called the customer care but no follow up till yet. I recommend people do not use this service where they do not respect the customer

Updated by Nikitha gilda Pls people don't use dis service here people just do time pass dey just say tomorrow today tomorrow today will do tats it and simply have der salary we should close such type of service so that we shouldn't face all this nonsense again again just gonna take action against this gonna appeal a case such type people are only who just enjoy the comfort without doing their services even dey don't pick their call and reply if even dey pick they ask us only to come and collect we are not going to deliver dis is the way dis people treat der customer so pls don't use dis service
