SkyKing — lost parcel

My consignment number is[protected]. I had sent a document and some cash via the skyking courier. The tracking shows that it has been forwarded to kalighat office since 5 feb 2020. When i called the kalighat skyking office they told me that they could not find my parcel and that they have misplaced it. Later when i wanted to complain about it he said there is no proof that they have lost it.
