I am amber agrawal. I booked a parcel at raipur on 04.11.2019 for kolkata (Consignment number is[protected]. I am not able to track the same on internet also when i contacted at the office they are not at all behaving professionally. Nobody knows the exact location of my parcel and nobody is bothered about the delivery of the same. Highly cheap quality service they are providing. Also the number that they have given me doesn't even exist as per the kolkata office of skyking. Kindly look into the matter as it is urgent. My percel number[protected] pay for air service at 10.02.2020 from malda to bangaluru but skyking use train service my percel not deleverd now days i want to know why they use train service bcz I've pay air service plz solved this problem.
