We had booked 1 package from Birpara, West Bengal to Sriniketan, West Bengal on July 13. Tracking number:[protected]. Last status update was forwarded to Bolpur on 15th July. After that no update and package is still not delivered. I tried to reach their customer care via email, submit query option but no response. The number given on their portal doesn’t ring. I am really worried about my package.
