SkyKing — Regarding delay in delivery

It is very sad to say that the courier delivery is not expected in time neither they provide the delivery boy number so that we can contact him.
When I track the courier tracking order it is found that the courier is out for delivery but a day has been passed the delivery is still not arrived.

One of the most pathetic courier service. Request the Govt to take action against this courier service and close it down permanently

Consignment no 393809946 from Kolkata to Bengaluru not yet delivered. Nor the Manager nor the delivery boy is co-operative
