Consignment Date: 30-June-2021 Consignment Number:[protected] Expected Delivery: 02-July-2021 Actual Delivery Date: 06-July-2021 Description: I had to courier my mixer grinder from Bangalore to Delhi. Hence I contacted SkyKing services where I opted for their pick and pack services as well so that my product worth 8000 is packed carefully to avoid any possible damage. This additional service cost me an extra 800 that I paid. The product was parcelled by the courier company itself: My product reached me today however it is damaged. I tried reaching the representative I have been in contact with, who is not willing to listen to my concern and speaking rudely and say he is not responsible for anything whoever the same was the person was so promising and polite when my parcel was in transit and didn't deliver on time. He made fake promises that he would return the money if the parcel doesn't reach on time and bla bla bla. One of my jars is damaged and not useable anymore. I would like to request the company to either repair (which seems not possible) or buy a new product which they have damaged during transit. I myself could have packed the product but I trusted this courier service however seems like it was a bad decision. Gopal Jha was the person taking care of the consignment.
