Parcel booked from Delhi to Shivmandir Siliguri 734011 now parcel arrived at Siliguri main town which is 6 km from my home. I spoke to Shivmandir office they checked everything and said parcel arrived at Sevoke Road Siliguri. So again I spoke to Sevoke Road Siliguri office to deliver the parcel to Shivmandir 734011 (as per details given while booking the courier) they said Shivmandir office is closed. Now being a customer I am confused. Very pathetic service..I am not going to recommend this courier service to any of my relatives or friends.

Finally I have to go Sevoke Road office to collect the parcel
