I have skylink connection in baner, pune. There was no internet connection for more than 10 days, and the complaints were not listened to and we used to call him daily. Just before the penultimate day of package he fixed the issue and then promised to give an extension but now he is saying first recharge for next month. This is unacceptable for us to pay without any service. We have paid him 500 for installation, 1000 deposit and 1200 appx for the package. We as a consumer are paying the money upfront so as to enjoy the services. This really poor service has brought a loss to me, who'll pay for that. Let alone that loss, why is the provider not providing services. Who needs to look after such incidents? It is not a joke to pay installation charges every month and change the provider.
