Skylink Broadband Complaints & Reviews

I have been using skylink broadband connection for past 4-5 months and since lockdown happened in march, my teams meeting is dropping calls frequently due to frequent connectivity drops. Basically its 100 mbps plan. And i still connection drops in between. This has been for almost 3-4 months. He told your cat5 cable has a problem. I got electrician and changed it personally at my cost of labour for 500 rs. Now again same issue though speed is going above 70 and coming back to 30 mbps and still back with connection drops throughout the day. Now their engineer says you router has issues. So the router which i purchased is on the recommendation of skylink guy only who take connection requests. Now he is saying your router is faulty. Its not only me there are many users who are using his company provided router and they are complaining the same thing. But he recommends to use lan. What is the point of internet in modern days where you have to fallback on lan.

I have skylink connection in baner, pune. There was no internet connection for more than 10 days, and the complaints were not listened to and we used to call him daily. Just before the penultimate day of package he fixed the issue and then promised to give an extension but now he is saying first recharge for next month. This is unacceptable for us to pay without any service. We have paid him 500 for installation, 1000 deposit and 1200 appx...
