I had installed Modular Kitchen at my residence in 95 Jalvayu Vihar, Kammanahalli Main Rd, Bangalore 560043 through their agency ' Ismail Design Studio ' at Hennur road, Bangalore.While booking I was promised accessories which included Utility shelf by their sales person Mr. Sachin and Mr Mohammad. Subsequently, I was told that the offer is reduced to ' two tier utility shelf.' Eventually when the materials were delivered the self was totally different and that too there was no stainless steel rod to hang the shelf. Since, it was not meeting the specification I returned it to Mr. Mohammad of Ismail's Design Studio. Mr Gowda and Mr. Sachin kept delaying the issue under some pretext. Now I understand Mr.Sachin has left the company. I have written correspondence exchanged between Mr. Sachin and self to prove if necessary in consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
