We went for Sleek an outlet at Andheri, for upgrading our present kitchen interior (which was purchased also from Sleek about 15 years back). For this upgrade, we got completely upset for many reasons and major areas of our concerns are:
a) Delay and faulty delivery causing further delay (total time taken more than 2 months after paying 100% amount).
b) Quality issues within month of installation. Latches defective, drawers not closing fully.
They were not transparent and furniture shown in showroom was defect free but reality is different when our furniture assembled at home. Also, it was advised that shutter is not possible which was later understood to be incorrect. Almost for 1 month one cupboard was incomplete with one door & other part remained open. Major rework with new parts were fitted on top cupboards which means that original dimensions taken were incorrect. We had lot of inconvenience during this as many utensils had to be kept outside on floor during Diwali festival when guests arrived. In fact, overall utility space with earlier setup got reduced with new design. Further, quality issues still continue. We are really regretting our decision to continue with sleek for kitchen upgrade. Was this information helpful? |
