I installed sleek kitchen as per SLEEK_AP_36(16?8/2020) through dealer Ismail"s Design Studio @ Hennur Rd, Bangalore At the time placing Order I was promised complimentary utility shelf a (better one) which was later downgraded to the snap shown . Subsequently, when the materials arrived for installation what was supplied was just a cheap steel rack that was returned to dealer. Mr. Mohammad and he promised to deliver as per agreement. The installation itself took 4 months either due to wrong supply or short supply of materials, during which period I had to incur avoidable expenditure by procuring food from outside restaurants instead of cooking at home. I had already complained earlier and there is no response from their end
