Sleek Kitchen — NON delivery of kitchen after payment

Dear Sir,

I am writing this email with lot of pain and disappointment towards non Professionalism and performance of team of Sleek kitchen .

With all respect about the brand, it was always our dream to have the sleek kitchen at home, accordingly after owning the house we first book the sleek kitchen in Nov2020

From the trailing email it can be noticed that we had booked our kitchen in the Month of November 2020 and paid advances accordingly.

Keeping in mind lead time of 45 days the design was finalised in the month of December 20 & the final payment was made on 14th Feb 21.

Sir You will surprize to know the following Facts,

1. Your Team Delivered incomplete kitchen and commented that material got Misplaced, my basic question that any start up company also have some checking system and this is not accepted from India's Biggest Brand in Modular Kitchen

2. After waiting for nearly one month your team again delivered incomplete material.

3. Post delivery of missing material your team realise that the entire product which is delivered is wrong, here i have serious concern and question that is anyone is bother about the customer, how come wrong product can be delivered and ready to installed at site.

4. Now i am chasing your team but no one is bother to reply

Sir i am suffering with your team from last 75 Days with horrible experience.

I had already sold my house hoping my new house will be ready by end of February 21.

in spite of paying on time i am being punished and staying in rented house (additional burden of 50k/month) for the un professional and unethical service by Sleek.

I hope being the top most authority in Sleek you will be able to solve our problem.

Below is the Chronology of the events for your ready ref,

1. Advance Paid on : 2nd Nov 20

2. Site made available for measurement : 6th Jan 21

3. Finalisation of Design and agreement of Final Date : 21st January 21

4. Intimation and payment of Balance payment ( Before dispatch ) : 21st Feb 21

5. Intimation of Missing Items : 9th March 21

6. Intimation of Wrong Product : 06th April 21

After beliving on sleek and paying well in time still I have to beg to your team for response and exact schedule
