In just 5 months the kitchen has started giving up. I filed a complaint number 9050 as the product is under 10 years' warranty. Ive been chasing them for 4 days, nobody had the courtesy to call back or attend to the complaint. Should a file a police complaint and publicise in press and social media? If I press legal charges then the case will linger on for several years. Please advise
