Sleek Kitchen — Sleek soft closer of wardrobe issue not resolved by the company

Dear Sir,

In my flat interior works sleek soft closer for wardrobe is used
all most all 3 bed rooms wardrobe soft closer did not post 3 months installation. I had complained to the sleek company with complain number 118687 on 14th March 2022. the technician visited and noted down the complain and told we will replace the soft closer of the slide door but after that no action I tried multiple time to communicated even if in hyderabad zonal head mr. Dillip Kumar but nothing taken action only false assurances they had given its been 6 months from date of complain but still no resolution.

I request to take proper action so that others will not even face similar issue
