I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent sofa purchase from mysleepyhead.com, which does not align with the product specifications provided online.
The dimensions listed on the website are inaccurate and misleading. Specifically, the total depth was stated as 87 cm, but the product delivered is significantly smaller. Furthermore, the website fails to disclose the actual seating depth; the available seating space is only 21 inches, making the product extremely uncomfortable and unusable for its intended purpose.
When I escalated these discrepancies to the support team, I was informed that the furniture policy only covers manufacturing defects and does not account for size variances or incorrect product descriptions. This lack of transparency regarding physical dimensions, coupled with a refusal to take ownership of a product that fails to match advertised specifications, is entirely unacceptable.
