I ordered the motorized recliner for my elderly mother on 16th October 2023. I had to wait for so long to even receive the product. When I got no update from the company/delivery partner about the delivery, I called the customer support couple of times and they used to repeat the same answer. “Your location is far, so wait till November 1st.” Finally the product was delivered on 29th October 2023 towards the evening. Bought a Sofa from SleepyHead last December, the product seem to be of very poor quality with a lot of form sagging and threads being worn out within 4 month o[censored]sage and customer support is not that helping much with blunt and open ended responses. Even for a technician they dont allow and level of customer support is pathetic not sure how they are selling the product.

Such pathetic service from them, they have no track of my order, no hold of their delivery partner. I placed an order 10 days back their website showed that they will deliver my order within 2 days and now it's been more than that and no update. Their customer service has no idea where my order is, they are making no efforts, I shifted to a new place and I have no mattress to sleep on. Moreover their customer support and their manager are all liars they promised my order will be delivered on 20th first and then said it'll be delivered on 21st and till now I haven't received my order and on top of that there is no update at all.

Urban Ladder Order No #T[protected]

I bought one Tyra Storage Bed and one Sleepyhead Orthopedic Mattress (6 Inch) on 11th Dec 2021 from Urban Ladder Showroom, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi ) which was delivered on 23rd Dec 2021. As the Sleepyhead Mattress is not suitable for my use and purchase term was on 100 nights trial period, I requested to take back the mattress on 2nd Jan 2022. Unfortunately it is not picked up till now.
