Slice — Issue with Generated Amazon Gift vouchers

Hi Team,
I purchased amazon pay gift vouchers 15000/- in slice app. After purchase I received gift cards with one card 5k and one card 10k. When i am trying to add the gift voucher’s in my amazon pay account it is showing already redeemed by someone else. I tried so many times it is showing same error for both the gift cards. I have already raised complaints through slice app and email. But till now no one is not responding. For why slice customer care team not responding. This is not the small amount .Please check and solve my issue as soon as possible. Please find attached screenshots for reference.
