This is with respect to a payment of 8991 made on 3rd Jan using my Slice Credit Card. Refund for a part of an order was recieved in my account. However merchant (TataCliq) had confirmed refunding the whole order amount, in two parts. I shared with Slice team the transaction reference given by TataCliq and requested them to trace and process the pending refund of Rs. 4495.5.
It's been 3 months since the issue was raised, still there has been no resolution to it.
For last two months I did not get any update. Also I got no reply to my mails many a times.
It was told in last communication on 17 Feb that it will take 30-45 days.
It's been more than 2 months beyond that.
And the team keeps closing my issue saying the refund has been made. However till date I haven't got the pending refund amount credited. Was this information helpful? |
