Slice — Refund problem

Hii, My srikar.i have order a tws earphones and done a payment of rupess 2737 on Flipkart.this amount i paid from my slice account.after an hour i cancelled order .
I got message that I have refunded.but when I checked in slice account i don't get refunded and it is showing to repay the amount.i requested a mail for this issue.they are not responding.i have screenshots Flipkart refund transaction id no.
