Since 2010, numerous accounts have surfaced detailing the exploits of Dipikaben Patel and Dharmesh Patel, both from Dungri, Gujarat, India, luring foreigners to work in the US, only to destroy their lives. To summarize the old posts, fraudsters Dipika Patel and Dharmesh Patel are career criminals—They lure unsuspecting individuals (usually foreign students who are fresh graduates) with the promise of a job in Fortune 500 companies. The unscrupulous wife and husband team slowly grind down candidates and make them sign a contract under false pretenses, that basically makes them modern day slaves. Once the contract is signed and the candidates have spent a significant amount of time and money to relocate to the US, they find that there is no job and Dipika Patel and Dharmesh Patel are frauds. Their passports are confiscated, and they are prevented from leaving the country, even after their tourist visas have expired. This makes them illegal aliens and once an employee cross over into the land of lawbreakers, Dipika Patel and Dharmesh Patel will use this information to blackmail them and deny them pay. The situation involves the human trafficking elements of exploitation, abuse of power, and coercion to ensure the employees continue to work for them. The employees without passports and legal status are abused and humiliated—they are not allowed to leave until they have earned $500, 000 for Dipika Patel and Dharmesh Patel.

Dipika Patel came to US illegally, and she can be deported. Dipika Patel and Dharmesh Patel, have a well-documented track record of engaging in fraud and violating human rights. After ruining many dozen lives with employment fraud, Dipika Patel and Dharmesh Patel moved from Jersey City, New Jersey to Arizona and changed their business model from employment fraud to food/medicine fraud and rental fraud. Dipika Patel and Dharmesh Patel are now slumlords with three houses: one in Gilbert and two in Phoenix, Arizona. They may have used broker Heer Patel from HomeSmart in GILBERT, ARIZONA for some of their house purchases. They do not maintain their properties as required by law, and they defraud the IRS by accepting rent in cash and do not report their rental income. In addition to rental fraud, this husband and wife team of fraudsters engage in food/medicine fraud. They import cheap adulterated food and medicine from third-rate vendors in India, change the expiry date and sell it as organic food and medicine at a 10, 000% markup. Their food/medicine fraud business is called SURABHI MALL LLC, which is registered to their home address in GILBERT, ARIZONA. These Indian products sidestep FDA scrutiny and are manufactured in dirty places: They are contaminated with pesticides, heavy metals, industrial solvents, bacterial contaminants and adulterated with cheap modern medicines. Dipika Patel and Dharmesh Patel have no morals, values, or ethics, and there's nothing stopping them from hurting American citizens as long as they believe they can get away with it.
As soon as Dipika Patel stepped foot in the US, she started exploiting the system. She fabricated a resume with fake education and experience with forged documents. Dipika Patel cannot write a coherent English sentence, but she used her fake education and experience to con employers in New York and New Jersey into hiring her as a Software Engineer. She created a company called GLOBLESOFT and continued this scam until 2012, when employers blacklisted her. Then, she became involved with another company called SAMAYU SOFT CORP, where she claimed to have created a software product named PRODCAST. However, this product (like everything else in her resume) does not exist, and this company failed as well. Finally, she and her husband moved to Arizona to become slumlords and sell tainted food and medicine imported from India through their company, SURABHI MALL LLC. Dipika Patel and Dharmesh Patel are so unethical, that in addition to rental fraud and food/medicine fraud, they steal from public funds intended for vulnerable and marginalized people.
