Dear sir,
We have applied for separate grocery and liquor card on 16/03/2018, since then
My old card is not active, validity of old card is up to october 2018. I have not received my new card yet.,
Because of which i am unable to utilize canteen (Csd) privileges, kindly activate my old card until i get my new card.
