Smart Choice — Money not refunded

I got a call from [protected]this no. Stating that if i shop for 3000from their company i'll get products plus assured gift hamper for which i have been selected through lucky draw. They told me to tranfer money through paytm wallet to [protected]registerd as smart choice in paytm. They sent me msg that my desired products have been booked and will be sent soon.. On 15may when i called to enquire they told me my products will be deliverd today in evening.. Later when i called they say product has not been dispatched.. So i told to cancel my order and refund my money. But neither my money is refunded nor my product is deliverd. I know now that it was a mistake to blindly trust this so called company, but plz help me i you can
