I have ordered 2 dresses from this online shopping website smart fashion girl on 8th august. I have paid money through card. And now their website is down and their phone is switched off. I tried contacting them through mail as well but they haven't responded. I have the payment details and order details. As there is no other means to contact them i believe i felt for a fraud and that i need my money back!

I ordered clothes on smart fashion girl nd paid online.tjey said it will be delivered in 10-12 working days.upto now I didn't get any order .they are not responding on mail and phone.
