Smart Galaxy Delhi — fraud about delivery | |||
I have received a call from the number [protected], they offered me about Samsung J7 Phone. They said that due to market rate or sell issue they are offering this phone at Rs. 4000, I thought it may be fraud call ... I cancelled call ..but later on I received that call again from the Name of Samsung Gallery Head Office, Delhi...again the same offer... i thought may be truth and I said YES for delivery ... they said COD for product at nearest Post Office... then they started calling me after 4-5 days...as soon as product reached post office... i inquired about that that product parcel... later when I Opened that parcel Some Cheap Ornament & Statue of Goddess Durga came out... i called again & again but they didn't replied me... i have video proof of opening this parcel...also receipt of post office for which I have paid 4, 000. This Company gave address 10/10 Village Begumpur, Delhi - 110086. Parcel Tracking Code : EZ[protected]IN. Kindly Please Help Me For Getting My Cash Back...& PLzz Do Something For Such Fraud Companies.. Was this information helpful? | |||
