Paid fully for the purchase of one OCTA Air TV antenna on 15th Feb 2018. the equivalent amount in INR 2550 was paid using my VISA credit card.
Notified immediately after purchase (ie on 15th Feb 2018) that my order is scheduled to go out on 18th Feb 2018.
Yet to receive product or a refund.
Repeated messages/complaints by e-mail to [protected]@smarttv123.com are going unheard.
Auto-generated replies are being sent to my e-mail inbox while product is not being delivered (more than 70 days lapsed while website claims 14 to 21 days for delivery).
Customer service at smart TV 123 is even hinting at extra payment to be made for delivery of product.
