The order was placed on 10/2/2018 and received the acknowledgement as detailed below. But later on no further information. As per the update available on line this items was dispatched and reached the destination country ( i.e., INDIA) on 27th Feb 2018. Later no updates. No further information.

I tried to chart on Live. But no use. The only answer was it shall be delivered within 14-21 working days. But even after 21 working days (excluding sat and sundays) same has not been delivered. I have placed order (for 1 No.) believing that it is available ex-stock and maximum it may take one week.

I ordered and paid for the smart tv octa air on the 7th of March 2018 but different from what was promised. Brand from the antenna is not OCTA AIR more like ordinary tv antenna (photo attached)

I hope the smart tv123 can provide the solution, such as exchange or refund my payment.

I had ordered this antenna but they have debited my account twice, however, I got a mail and while tracking the number the last sentence mentioned as " dated 09.03.2018 Order has arrived at destination country - item has been transferred to local post and will no longer receive further updates".
When I replied that mail it was bounced, i.e mail undelivered. Seems to be fraud/cheat is taking place. How to sort out this issue and whom to make complaint against this party. Actually from where it is shipped also not known.

When I replied that mail it was bounced, i.e mail undelivered. Seems to be fraud/cheat is taking place. How to sort out this issue and whom to make complaint against this party. Actually from where it is shipped also not known.
I cant understand how such fake companies collect payments online and no one can stop them. they are making huge publicity on internet. how can such companies exist, making such a big fraud.

One of my friend purchased product on line & came via post parcel service in Mumbai (India) & unfortunately stuck in customs. As per custom, this product contains radio equipment & such products can not be imported without taking permission. The show cause notice is imposed by Indian customs.

Every time thru chat they would assure that the material will arrive to your place in next 10-15 working days, and result is that you will neither receive your product nor the refund. this company is fake and are cheating thru internet.
