On16th feb on seeing adv.in facebook i have ordered octoa air 3 nos. And filled up details and paid amount to vendor through qbuyer servcie on completion of my order my order they have made it for 5nos. And debited a sum of rs, 6582/- on confirmation mail they assured me to deliver the product with in 14 to 21 days. Till date even lapse of more than one and half month i have not received my products. On requesting through mail to [protected]@smarttv123.com always they replied your product is shipped and will receive by you shortly.
On asking for cancel the order and refund the amount, they asked me to return
