I purchased a product online (Smarttv123 octa air digital tv antenna) on smarttv123 website.
The online payment was done on 4th feb'18. I still do not have the product. Have followed up several times on email but the response is to be patient.
I need refund now.
The sstipulate delivery frame was 14-21 days. My first follow-up was after 30 days and they responded stating that few areas do take longer.
I followed up again after 15 days when i was told to be patient and that are looking into it.
The third follow-up was post 52 days and they said that the shipment might be stuck with local. Post office. I verified the same with local post office and they have nothing for me.
Post this, i asked for a refund and they have stopped responding now.
